Smart Tasks has a subscription service for premium features. No sign-up needed. Upgrade anytime to Smart Tasks +.
Without Smart Tasks +, users will only have access to a limited amount of features.
Subscriptions from Smart Tasks + will be charged to your card connected to your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your account settings after purchase. Any unused time left in a given free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

- The Events screen now shows every task for the day, right alongside your events
- All the familiar interactions are still there — drag-and-drop, swipe actions, and more
Dynamic Text Size
- Task lists and Settings now scale with your device's text size
- Text, buttons, and icons grow or shrink with your iPhone or iPad's text size settings
- Great if you prefer larger or smaller text when using Smart Tasks
Task & Routine Sorting
- Drag-and-drop routines to set the order they appear each day
- Routines with a set time now sort automatically by time

Smart Tasks 3.2 brings calendar event actions, smarter custom colors, and a long-requested way to view your completed tasks within each day! Plus more places to apply your app color and plenty of quality-of-life improvements to make Smart Tasks faster and more intuitive.

Calendar Event Actions
- Quick actions based on what's inside your calendar events
- Open an event's location in your favorite maps app
- Open links from an event right inside the app
- Call, message, FaceTime, or email a contact when it's their birthday
- Set a default maps app when you have both Apple Maps and Google Maps installed
Custom Color Improvements
- Take color inspiration from anything by capturing colors from any screenshot or image
- Smart Tasks finds the most dominant colors in the image and suggests them for you
- Use the color dropper to grab one specific color from an image
- Drag-and-drop an image onto the color or text color row to choose where the color comes from
- Add custom color quick actions from any category's ••• menu
Main App Color Enhancements
- Task swipe action checkmarks and the completed task button now use your app color
- Toggles throughout the app now use your app color when they're enabled
Completed Tasks Improvements
- View your completed tasks in Next 7 Days and the combined Events and Tasks screen
- Choose to see completed tasks by their completed date or by the task's due date
Apple Watch Improvements
- Smoother carousel-style movement when scrolling through your categories and tasks
- UI fixes when viewing a category's details and completed tasks on your watch
General Improvements
- Quickly jump to Routines or Design options from the all events screen
- View more months at a time in Scheduled's week layout
- All-day events no longer show a blue highlight
- New confirmation pop-up when deleting a calendar event
- See when your data last synced with iCloud right in the iCloud options
- Only allow after completion routine to have a past date for the start date
