SquashSkills have teamed up with the Netherlands based duo of squash coach, Richard King and app developer and squash enthusiast, Sander van den Brakel to bring you the SquashSkills Ghosting app.

main SquashSkills account details.
SquashSkills Ghosting is ghosting made simple. With highly configurable settings and audio cues, you can create your own sessions, taking full control of your practice and helping you to perfect your movement and squash-specific fitness.
SquashSkills Ghosting can be used together with the music service of your choice. Music can play during your Ghosting session. The audio of the music app will be lowered (ducked) for the perfect balance in guiding and music. The app will still work in the background even when your device is locked, allowing you to focus on the session.
SquashSkills is the world’s best online coaching resource for squash, providing new coaching playlists every 2 weeks as well as squash and fitness based sessions working alongside some of the best players and coaches in the game.
Options in the app:
- Define the number of sets (1 - 25).
- Define the number of moves per set (4-40)
- Define the time to rest between sets (5-60 seconds)
- Define the time per move (2-15 seconds)
- Define an offset on the time per move (0-1 second) this creates a less predictable moment for take-off.
- Choose Voice. Currently Vanessa (US English - Female) and John (US English - Male)
- Random Pattern with 7 Options*
- Clockwise Pattern*
- Front To Back Pattern*
- Option to Include shots. (boast, drive lob etc)*
- Audio Speed option
- Volume slider.
- Progress rings
- Remaining time
- Lower volume of music apps option.
*Options marked with * are available after subscribing to the "Options, Shots and Patterns Package."
