The People App is an employee performance management solution which is part of the Workpulse Operations Excellence Platform. The app provides employee performance evaluation, employee coaching & development, onboarding, periodic training, and employee engagement. Managers and executives can identify the training needs for their team members and provide individual development plans to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency at the workplace. With the right training, assessment, and mentoring, you can empower your employees to perform better and in the roles that they are best suited for. Reduce employee turnover at your organization, keep employees engaged, and offer coaching to improve efficiency with the Workpulse People app. Key Features: - Employee Assessment Assessment is initiated by the employee or by a designated evaluator. The assessment is then reviewed by the reporting manager with an option to include another assessor. The app provides permission-based assessment and evaluation summary with details of activity at each stage. The assessment can also be based on ratings and reviews received for each case. The reviewers can suggest changes which are properly tracked for each case. The assessments can also be scheduled in advance based on the assessment cycle (monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / yearly). - Assessment Cycle Tracking The employee can view the current status of assessment in real time. The status updates are provided for each step of the evaluation process. Reviewers can track all suggestions / changes to the assessment. These changes will be visible to the employee only after final approval. - Creation & Assignment of Development Plan Based on the outcomes of the assessment, the reviewer can create and assign development plan to help employees improve their skills and knowledge. Development plans can also be assigned to prepare an employee for a higher role. The progress of the development plan can be tracked in the app.
