Company info stopped showing on the mobile app. Doesn't load. Can you guys please fix this I can't see any company fundamentals.

I can access my positions through the IBKR mobile app, but whenever I try to access any account management page on the website, I receive the error “Unable to access Account Management page.”Mobile authentication also fails with the message “Authentication was unsuccessful.”I cannot complete my pending Trusted Contact Person Confirmation. I am also unable to send an email or click “Contact Us” because both require access to account management, which displays the same error.Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Untrustworthy due to login issues

As a new Interactive Brokers customer coming from competitors such as Robinhood and Webull, I am appalled at this app failing at the most basic functionality. Seeing as competitors can still offer a functional app without fees, one begins to wonder what’s going on with IBKR. There have been several login issues since downloading the app in late September 2021. Needless to say, this puts a lot of doubt in my mind about whether my money will be available to me when it needs to be. Submitting a trade has also led to a frozen app and ultimately failure. Using the website is fine, so head over there for all of your needs. I would love to see the developers iron out these issues in the app. It’s 2021 for heavens sake. At this point, I’m not sure IBKR will be able to stay relevant without an overhaul.
