FitStat Mobile Plus is a software that allows to evaluate the percentage of body fat of an athlete.
Pay attention: in order to measure your body fat with FitStat, you'll need a skinfold caliper!
Using FitStat you can get an estimate of total body fat, proteins, minerals and water - calculated using an algorithm based on some skinfolds.
The algorithm examines the relationship between the total subcutaneous fat and the total body fat, taking into account the biological variation of the distribution of fat, which is influenced by variables such as sex, age and overweight.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
