I have been a customer since the time i started using cell phone , i don’t see any improvement in the service as the price of the plan increases Airtel needs to works on their customer service because they are very unprofessional they never give resolution and provide false information, and if they can’t solve your issue they transfer you to any random person or send you back to IVR, very disrespectful, I have a recorded call and I’m gonna file a complain about this, it’s very unacceptable .

I like the app but there is very less transparency when it comes to data boosters. You can’t see how much data you are left with or either validity of you booster. Developers should add a feature where we can see our data booster details and related details. I can never make out if my booster run out or its just network problem. Hope to get a prompt response.
