The service is poor. There are cases where one of your orders does not arrive and they just refund the price of that one item without compensating for the service fee, delivery fee, and delivery tip which you have to pay again to order the same item.

I was charged $99 for an Instacart+ membership even though I never signed up for it. Do not use it.
