You can upload your gym and workout photos to your profile or attach them to your workout, and see how you grow muscle and lose weight over time.

Hey :) 3.0 is out! We made the app screen a more more awesome with an entirely new updated theme. We also made a lot of improvements to the life tracking screen and fixed some bugs. Additionally we made some performance improvements so the app should now be almost as speedy and strong as you. And there will be a lot more great updates coming very soon. Keep lifting!
