Advance after combat was sometimes denied after an AI voluntarily retreat.

Fog of War - AI freeze case could happen with minor nations. - In PvP, fog of war sometimes dissipated after ending its turn. Land unit which has moved by sea cannot move again by land this turn. Fog of War completes La Marseillaise extension. information on enemy land and naval strength is partially concealed depending on distance, weather, cavalry, nations, terrains, etc... No more ratio optimization. Intuition and gut feeling prevail !

Grand Campaign, bug fixes: - The production of non-neutral nation was broken since last update - Warsaw and Grodno should not be used a deployment hexes, excepted for Poland.

Grand Campaign: - Land and naval units should be dispatched by nation at the end of of a foreign war. - Outside England, countries cannot save non-naval production points from turn to turn. - It is possible to build and deploy neutral units via English production lease. - Buxhowden is assigned to the Finnish War and Kutuzov to the Russo-Turkish War. - Foreign War : better selection of naval units to be removed. A force without SP is not required to lose a SP due to enemy cavalry.
