Harmonicc – Create Inspiring Chord Progressions with Emojis!
Dive into harmony without any theory knowledge! Harmonicc’s powerful Harmony Engine lets you explore deep chord progressions using emoji representations—making complex harmony fun and accessible. Choose a chord, and Harmonicc will instantly display the best next options in your chosen style, so your progressions always sound right and feel inspired.
Key Features
- Harmony, Simplified: Build chord progressions quickly with emojis representing chord qualities, so you can focus on the sound without needing theory.
- Guided Progressions: The Harmony Engine shows you the next possible chords based on your selection, minimizing errors and maximizing musicality in the chosen style.
- Diverse Styles: Explore a wide range of musical styles, from classical to contemporary and everything in between, including Jazz, Swing, Rock, Pop, Blues, Funk, R&B, Bossa, Samba, Celtic, Flamenco, Electronic, and much more!
- Advanced Sequencer: Record your chords, adjust each step with settings like duration, repeats, octaves, inversion, and add expressive strum or lofi effects.
- Full MIDI Control: Play and trigger chords with a MIDI keyboard or sequencer, with separate MIDI outputs for chords and bass notes.
- Pattern Chaining: Chain patterns for seamless play, or export sequences as MIDI files to expand your creations.
- Preset Management with iCloud: Save and manage your custom presets in iCloud, allowing you to seamlessly share progressions across your devices, between the standalone app and the AUv3 plugin.
- AUv3 MIDI Plugin Support: Use Harmonicc as an AUv3 MIDI plugin inside your favorite DAW, enhancing your setup with powerful, intuitive chord progression tools.
Create, experiment, and let Harmonicc’s Harmony Engine guide your musical journey. Start making beautiful progressions, no theory needed!
Please note: Harmonicc is a MIDI app. The standalone version includes an optional internal synth, which you can enable or disable in the settings menu. The AUv3 plugin requires an external audio app for output and needs to be hosted within an app like AUM, Loopy Pro, Cubasis, Logic Pro, NanoStudio, Drambo, or apeMatrix.
