Holding Role (Main Administrator): Responsibilities: The Holding role is responsible for creating institutions within the system, allowing the organization to define its structure. The Holding role also has the authority to create employees in the system and assign them to specific tasks. Additionally, the Holding can create tasks, specify their details, and delegate them to the relevant institution or employee. Once a task is completed, the Holding can close it, ensuring the workflow is tracked and managed. 2. Institution Manager Role: Responsibilities: The Institution Manager is responsible for managing specific sub-institutions within the larger organization. This role allows the creation of sub-institutions, adding employees, and assigning them tasks, depending on the permissions granted by the Holding. The Institution Manager can also receive tasks from the Holding and manage them within their institution, ensuring that tasks are properly allocated to employees. The Institution Manager is also responsible for tracking the progress of tasks and ensuring they are completed on time. 3. Employee Role: Responsibilities: Employees are the primary users who are assigned tasks either by the Holding or by their Institution Manager. They can view all the tasks assigned to them, check the details of each task, and track their progress. Once an employee completes a task, they can mark it as finished, ensuring that it is updated in the system for further review or closure.
