EverClass is the studio app for private instructors — music teachers, coaches, and tutors who run their own lesson schedule. Lessons, tuition, and messages live in one place, so you can stop juggling calendars, payment trackers, and group texts. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your teaching day at a glance — who’s next, who asked to move a lesson, and who still owes you • Book a whole term in one pass with recurring weekly lessons, class or student booking, and lengths from your policy • Handle reschedules and cancellations with your notice window and makeup rules enforced for you • Write your studio policy once (notice, makeups, prepaid or pay-after, rates, Venmo or Zelle) — families sign it when they join • Send automatic lesson reminders, tuition requests, and a daily summary of your teaching day • Chat in one thread per family, with sheet music, practice videos, and photos • Keep every lesson and payment on the record — balances, outstanding tuition, and a dated trail of reminders FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS Students and parents get a free app: next lesson, what’s owed with your payment handles, practice notes, and your policy.
