Subscription Plans:
This is an auto-renewable subscription service (Monthly / Yearly). During the subscription period, users will have unlimited access to all features.
Payment:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation:
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. To avoid renewal charges, please turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

After checking my payment history, I discovered that Clipto had been automatically charging me on the 12th of every month. During all of those recurring payments, I could not find a single receipt, payment confirmation, or billing notification from Clipto informing me that I had been charged.To be clear, I did NOT ask Clipto to refund all of the previous months.Once I discovered the subscription, I immediately canceled it and contacted customer support on September 14 — just TWO DAYS after the most recent charge on September 12. I asked them to refund only that single, most recent payment.Even then, they refused.What makes the experience even more frustrating is that when I specifically asked whether Clipto had ever sent receipts or billing notifications for the recurring monthly charges, customer service did not directly address the question. Instead, I repeatedly received explanations of their cancellation policy.I fully understand how subscription cancellations work. That was not my question.My concern is that I experienced recurring charges month after month without receiving any billing notification that I could find. When I finally discovered them, I did not demand months of refunds. I canceled immediately and simply asked for the charge from TWO DAYS earlier to be refunded as a reasonable one-time exception.The complete lack of flexibility, combined with the failure to directly address my questions about billing notifications, is extremely disappointing for a paid subscription service.If you use Clipto, I strongly recommend checking your bank or credit card statements yourself every month. Based on my experience, I would not rely on receiving a billing notification to remind you that your subscription is still charging you.
