Cadence predicts your next period from your history, surfaces a clean countdown on the home screen, and quietly nudges you before it arrives. CONNECT WITH YOUR PARTNER Share a code with the person you trust so they can see when your next cycle is coming. They get the same countdown on their phone — no awkward guesswork, no surprise grocery store runs. Just a calmer, more in-sync household. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your cycle data is end-to-end encrypted. We don't sell it. We don't share it. The only people who see it are you and the partner you choose to share it with. We use non-personalized advertising only and do not request tracking permission. APPLE HEALTH SYNC Two-way sync with Apple Health's Menstrual Cycle category. Already tracking in another app? Import everything in one tap. Want your Cadence history back in Apple Health? Same. GENTLE REMINDERS Choose which heads-ups feel right: three days, two days, one day before, day-of. Each one is a soft nudge — not a notification firehose. Partners get reminded too, on their side.
