ElevenSix is a no-nonsense training companion built for people who want results, not gimmicks. It brings everything that actually moves the needle — workouts, nutrition, sleep, and progress — into one focused app that works the same on web and your phone.
Train with intent. Log every workout and set as you go, or start from one of 150 proven, ready-to-run plans spanning strength, cardio, HIIT, yoga, calisthenics, mobility, boxing, Pilates, and more. Every plan is organized by goal, experience level, focus, equipment, and duration, with warmups, cooldowns, and exact rep-and-set prescriptions so you always know what's next. Browse a library of more than 1,500 exercises, filter by muscle, movement pattern, equipment, or difficulty, and pull up a how-to video for any movement before you load the bar. Naming a workout even suggests the right exercises automatically.
Eat with evidence. Track your meals against a database of over 13,600 USDA-verified foods, plus on-demand search for anything else you're eating. Watch your macros add up in real time and stay honest about protein, carbs, and fats. When you need a framework, the built-in library of 22 evidence-based diet plans explains exactly why each approach works — no fad diets, no fear-mongering, just practical guidance you can trust.
Sleep like it counts. Recovery is where progress is actually built, so ElevenSix treats sleep as a first-class metric. Log your nights, get a 0–100 sleep score with efficiency and sleep-architecture breakdowns, and use the built-in sleep-cycle calculator to time your bedtime and wake-up around complete cycles. Recommendations adapt to your age, so the targets are realistic for you.
See the whole picture. A clean dashboard pulls it all together — today's macros, weekly training volume, your top exercises, and your current streak — so one glance tells you whether you're on track. Track body weight, body fat, and tape measurements over time in your preferred units, set goals, and watch the trend lines move.
Coaching in your corner. Pro members get an AI coach that knows your recent training, nutrition, metrics, and goals. Ask it anything, get personalized insights and timely nudges, and on mobile even use voice playback and form-check support. It speaks plainly, never pushes extreme diets or medical advice, and keeps every conversation grounded in your own data.
Built for real life. ElevenSix keeps full feature parity between web and mobile, so your data and routine follow you everywhere. The mobile app adds smart local reminders — for workouts, weigh-ins, hitting your macros, and protecting your streak — that are smart enough to stay quiet when you've already done the work.
