RuminAI helps you pause before opening selected apps, set a clear purpose, and review the Screen Time patterns Apple makes available on your device. Choose the apps you want to protect with Screen Time. When you choose to open a protected app, RuminAI asks you to name one purpose and choose a time from 1 to 60 minutes. When the allowance ends, a checkpoint helps you decide whether to stop or continue with a revised goal. With RuminAI you can: • Review today’s Screen Time and app usage patterns • Review intervention history • Explore Records and weekly Gallery cards when complete data is available • Open Weekly RuminAI for weekly summaries • Manage protected apps and Screen Time authorization in Settings RuminAI is designed for your own device habits, not remote monitoring or parental control. Missing Screen Time coverage remains unavailable and is never counted as zero. Some coaching and Weekly features require an auto-renewable subscription. Screen Time authorization and basic statistics remain available without a subscription.
