Vouch locks your apps when you run out of time — and only a friend can give you more. You set the limit. When it runs out, the app is blocked. There is no button to unlock yourself, no "just five more minutes", no way to talk yourself into it. Instead, you ask someone. You write one line explaining why. They decide. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you want to limit 2. Set a daily limit, or hours when they stay locked 3. Add a friend by sharing your six-character code 4. When you run out, ask them for more time WHY A FRIEND Every other screen time app leaves the override in your own hands. That works right up until the moment you actually need it. Vouch moves that decision to someone else. Not to punish you — because a small amount of friction, held by a person who knows you, is what actually works. WHAT YOUR FRIEND SEES Only what you send them: how many minutes you asked for and the message you wrote. They never see your usage, your app list, or how you spend your day. PRIVACY Vouch measures how long apps are open. It never sees what you do inside them. On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Screen Time system does not reveal which apps you chose — not even to us. Free.
