Your crew hangs on one ladder. Everyone climbs at the same rate, one centimetre a second, all day and all night. You get ten moves an hour to change that. A banana drags someone down. A rope pulls someone up. They refill on the hour, and they do not carry over — so the hour you skip is an hour you lose. And every hour you can print one photo. Whatever is in front of you right now. It lands on the ladder for that hour, and then it stays in your crew's album forever. Leave a note on someone's hour. Thirty characters, no more. The album keeps those too, day by day, long after the hour is gone. HOW IT WORKS · Make a crew. Invite up to ten friends with a code. · Ten total moves every hour. Bananas and ropes share the same ten. · One photo per hour, in each crew you are in. · Notes are thirty characters. Replies stay in their own hour. · The album keeps everything: what was seen, what was said. Photos and notes carry names. Banana and rope moves do not — you see what happened, but not who did it. WHAT IT IS NOT There is no feed. No discovery, no suggested people, no algorithm deciding what you see. Nothing you post is public and nothing is searchable. Your crew is ten people you chose. That is the whole app.
