From there, you'll find a new library of Sessions video-classes, Routines, and Exercises you can perform with all the equipment and tools, including Unica, Kinesis, and Technogym Bench. SAVE YOUR FAVORITE CONTENT AND ACCESS IT QUICKLY WITH JUST ONE TAP We've added a new icon next to the filters icon at the top right of the screen that allows you to save content from the Sessions and Routines library as favorites. This means you can quickly and easily access your workouts whenever you want. APPLE MUSIC INTEGRATION WITH TECHNOGYM OFFICIAL PLAYLISTS Play and control your favourite Apple Music playlists directly on Technogym Live App. With this new latest update, within the app you will find a new Apple Music icon located on the top left corner through which you can control and choose your favourite playslist without ever leaving your training display. Don't miss out our new Technogym Playlists created by our Master Trainers to set the right tone and tempo for your next workout experience! For this feature you need to have an active Apple Music subscription. For MyRun: AUTO LAP MESSAGE ON DISPLAY Training on the display (for Free Mode and Custom exercises) now give you an extra insight about your workout. Every KM or MILE (depending on the set of your measurement system preference) you will be notified with the average pace of that segment. VOICE OVER IMPROVEMENTS We have made an extra mile to redesign completely the Voice Over experience, ensuring that all the elements and features of the app are now properly accessible using Voice Over.

NEW ROUTINES Challenge yourself with the new available Routine workouts: Lose Weight, Keep Fit, Boost Cardio and Health exercises. Each Routine consists of a variety of movements and exercises, whose intensity is automatically set up by your equipment, so that you can just focus on your performance. They are now available for Myrun, Technogym Cycle and Technogym Elliptical. For Technogym Myrun: IMPORT AND TRAIN ON YOUR STRAVA ROUTES Discover the true potential of the Strava Routes feature. Connect your Strava account with your Technogym Account from Technogym Live settings, open 'My Activities' page and select the new Strava icon tab. In this new visualization you can get access to your Running Routes created or imported on Strava. Then, tap on one of them and press on the START ROUTE bottom to immerse yourself in an evocative map where you’ll be able to train replicating the same km and inclinations shown and illustrated in the initial overview.
