We have two new features in this latest version. With the group directory, join groups with the click of a button. In addition, the latest idea feed means you can view ideas from your colleagues and vote on those that you like. As always, we have also improved the performance and fixed a few bugs for good measure.

Since the big reveal of V4.0 on the 14 April 2019, we’ve made a few more fixes in this release to improve your experience. As a reminder of what else you can enjoy in V4.0 - we listened to your feedback and paid special attention to the look and feel of the platform, ease of use and speed to improve your experience. Importantly, the app now has offline mode to help in those areas with lower signal. We have created reimagined web dashboards, support for different languages and the ability for you to participate in other organisations’ ImproveWell projects using the same account. A full list of V4.0 features is below: • Offline mode: some network connections can be patchy, especially on the move. Now you won't notice if your signal is interrupted. • Multi-account capabilities: you can get involved in cross-organisation ImproveWell projects. • Smarter look: this revamp brings you a contemporary, easy to navigate app, in which you can more easily submit and keep track of your ideas and messages. • Redesigned improvement reports: no more zooming in to hard-to-read PDFs, we now have beautifully designed HTML reports that you can scroll through at leisure. • Managing your project on the run: you’ll be able to apply filters, search and review innovation coming in from your frontline colleagues in ways you didn’t think were possible. • Multi-language: we can support organisations with language requirements.

This release includes enhancements to our “Good Day Measure” sentiment feature which allows users to retrospectively edit their responses and view their last 30 data submissions via in-app charts. We have fixed some small bugs and have also been working hard on the foundations of our next release which will be an exciting one. Over the coming weeks we will be encouraging everyone to update their apps ready for our shiny new platform coming in Spring 2019… watch this space.

This release sees improvements to the inner workings of our app. We've included some changes for upcoming features and a few other tweaks and bug fixes.

This update includes improvements to the usability of the app. We've added an auto-scroll to show the most recent messages. You can now see who sent each message and we have added more notification badges so you can see those records that need your attention. There have also been some minor bug and UI fixes that we include in every update.
