Downloaded in Korea, App shows all the different language

I downloaded this app using iPad mini in Korea. But it is operated in Japanese. I would like to use this app in either Korean or English.

Why can’t I log in when I use this app

When I use computer or safari from the phone, has no issue logging into LinkedIn recruiter but app doesn’t work at all. I even set up a new password and input the code but still not working at all.
