Lumin is a communications and monitoring product that addresses social isolation and loneliness. It enriches people’s lives by keeping them connected and part of family and community.
The Lumin Screen is an all-in-one next generation home phone, supporting one-touch calls, image and text messages, a family calendar and photo album, alert system, and more.
The Lumin App provides simplified communication and alert management between you and the person with the Lumin Screen. It manages the set-up, communication and in-home monitoring.
Once the Lumin App is set up on your smart phone, it is automatically connected to the person’s Lumin Screen account. This enables you to be part of wider support network for this person.
Designed for families and Care Providers, Lumin is easy to use, efficient, cost-effective and can be tailored to the needs of consumers over time.
It also connects to other in-home smart devices and wearable technology.
Any triggers or alarms will automatically send alerts to supporters and is escalated for action.
Lumin Screen combines the functions of many devices into one ‘easy touch screen’.
There are five buttons on the screen:
Phone—One touch calls to family, friends or anyone in their supporter network
Messages—Receive and respond to voice and text messages
Today—View any events, reminders, appointments scheduled today
Photos—Enjoy seeing photos from family and friends
Supporter Alert—Press to call for immediate help
