MCare is an application exclusively developed for Marsh Korea’s clients to support their employees to check details of coverage and submit claims conveniently by mobile
[Main Features]
* Claim Submission: Eligible members are able to fill out necessary claim form(s) by selecting a claim type and in/outpatient.
- Required documents can be submitted with photographs taken from mobile phone.
- Sign and attach required documents.
- Review all the documents for claim submission.
* Coverage Confirmation: Review group insurance coverage per policy year and by insurer.
* Q&A: Able to inquire about coverage/claim submission and receive answers from claim representatives.

아이폰 iso15.5 업데이트후 서류첨부가 안됩니다
청구 작성단계를 거쳐 사진촬영이나 증빙서류 첨부에서 첨부가 안되고, 안정적인통신상태에서 다시하라하고 다음단계로 넘어가질 않습니다. 빠른조치해주시기바랍니다
비번 이거 어쩌라는
생각을 하고 만든건지.. 비번 강제 변경시키더니 8번까지 사용했던거 못 넣는다고.. 무슨 직전 비번도 아니고 8번 전까지 비번을 못 쓰게 해요. 어떤 사이트에서 이렇게 해요, 심지어 단체보험 청구 사이트를 누가 해킹한다고.
게다가 비번 바꿔서 홈피에서 잘 이용하다 앱 들어오니, 적어놨었어서 틀릴수도 없는 비번이 다르다고, 다섯번 오류났다고 멋대로 잠그고 비번 바꾸라고. 기가 막히네요. 더 기가막힌건 24시간 내에 비번을 두번 바꿀수는 없어서 24시간 지난 후에 바꿔야한다는거죠 ㅋㅋ 누가 만들었는지 이렇게 생각없는 비번 시스템은 생전 처음봅니다 ㅋ
