MDS Clear Path is designed to support healthcare professionals in the management of Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), from diagnosis to treatment and best supportive care. It features a comprehensive treatment algorithm that is based upon clinical evidence and best practices in MDS management, and it is the outcome of Canada-wide physician consensus. MDS Clear Path includes extensive information on each therapy indicated for the treatment of MDS, from dosing and monitoring, to efficacy and safety data. It also contains supportive diagnostic tools, including links to pathology images, a WHO classification tool, and a unique prognostic calculator, which provides one-step calculations for the IPSS-R, IPSS, WPSS, and MPSS scoring systems. MDS Clear Path will ultimately support clinicians in the optimal management of their MDS patients by providing key tools, references, and recommendations within a user-friendly application. The content is specifically intended to be used by qualified physicians/medical professionals, to assist them in the management of MDS patients.
