Both the collection and supply chains are controlled by efficient software and a network of chilled rooms, chilled and insulated vehicles. The Fish waste is converted to Silage based fertilizer and also to fish feed. Suvichaar is DIPP registered start up company. Apart from helping fishermen, farmers and small vendors, Suvichaar indirectly also encourages rainwater harvesting by motivating more farmers to take up inland farming. The other brand of Suvichaar is FISHFACTORYDOTCOM, which is a unique Seafood speciality cloud Kitchen offering more than 100 varieties of Seafood dishes, first of its kind in Kerala.
