Functions Chemical load will orchestrate a wastewater concentration and daily flow data tag into daily windows and calculate the load for each day over the past week. Adding a small historical window helps ensure late arriving data (i.e. from a lab) can still be calculated. Solids Retention Time is a multi-output function that will calculate the actual SRT as well as the minimum SRT and target wasting needed to achieve desired nitrification. A new version of Membrane Batch function has been added that adds flux outputs at the beginning and end of the cycle. This function is useful for analyzing the batch cycle of a membrane to determine if fouling is occurring.

Internal analytics tool improved

Functions - Added Reverse Osmosis Normalization Suite. This standard set of functions is used for determining membrane health to help with optimizations, cleaning and replacement decisions. - Fixed bug in Time in State, Totalizer and statistical functions where erroneous outputs were published after a data device returned from offline mode. - Membrane Cleaning Analytics - Using a system status tag, the function will scan for cleaning events and report back the change in permeability before and after a clean as well as key metrics like cleaning duration and average cleaning temperature. - The help text for any given function will now be visible at all times for increased clarity. - When deploying a function that has multiple outputs, the prefix length can now be up to 16 characters long
