FIVES Remote Services FRSA is a professional software platform for iPhone and iPad which combines remote video assistance with Augmented Reality (AR) technology to provide quick and immediate video support, help companies identify and resolve problems, assist installation of machines and systems, support troubleshooting process, all from their HQ or home office effectively and quickly.
