The Report App deals with all forms of unwanted behavior in the workplace, from the so-called grey area up to your company’s policy, basically everything you need to know about behavior at work. Report App informs in an active but sensitive and respectful way. Additionally, employees have easy access to Policies and Procedures of the relevant organization within their personal app environment. The corporate support (e.g. counselor/ HR) can introduce themselves within the app: who they are, their view on this topic and why they think it is important to speak-up when behavior is being considered unwanted. Moreover, these support people can be contacted through the app; everything in one place and 24/7 accessible to all employees.
According to research, awareness is a necessity in order to achieve behavioral change and create a comprehensive understanding about personal boundaries. This is exactly what Report App does, creating awareness on the highest level possible. With the use of storytelling we show how unwanted behavior affects the workplace and that it is not always very clear how to respond or where to find help. The videos in this app allow you to learn and experience on a different level, as moving and inspiring stories will certainly have greater impact than strictly statement of facts.
Due to the sensitivity of the subject, Report App is only accessible with a personal password and pin code providing an online secured environment in his or her preferred language.
For employees
Each user has its own protected account. The videos will help you understand why workplace harassment can be very complex. The logbook will help you to document unwanted behavior from colleagues, customers, etc. You decide who will receive your report, be it someone internal or external. Your report will not automatically become a formal complaint. This is something you may decide after talking to the personal support from your organization.
For employers
This Report App will be fully customized to help your employees when dealing with unwanted behavior in an empowering and 100% safe way. You can provide your employees with the company’s policies and procedures within this app so they will have access to it 24/7. With the push notification option, you are able to inform everyone simultaneously that for example your policy was updated. Or when you’ve uploaded a video with a personal message of the CEO informing all employees on the company’s stance on this topic. You have your own dashboard with reporting options of your anonymous data about the health and safety of your organization when it comes to workplace harassment. This precise data will ensure that your risk inventory and evaluation will be more effective. Data is stored in one of the safest data houses in the Netherlands with all necessary ISO certificates. Europe has the strongest rules and regulation in the world of data storing.
For those who support
With Report App you can improve your visibility within the organization and share valuable information with all employees, as such helping them to stay vital, healthy and to feel safe and respected at work. All reports will be documented in the same way and the anonymous statistics of your annual report and advice to management, will be easily created. You will receive a notification email whenever an employee has reached out to you. Every support member (e.g. counselor / HR) will have their own secured account within the app, only the reports addressed to you will be visible to you. Notice that a report is not a formal complaint but the first step in negotiation and addressing the behavior which is being perceived as unwanted.
