One sacred character a day.
Sacred Scripts offers a single character from the world's writing traditions. Sanskrit. Hebrew. Arabic. Tibetan. Egyptian hieroglyphs. Elder Futhark runes. A different tradition each day. The character arrives quietly, in its own ink, on a warm ground. You sit with it. You hear its sound. You learn what it has meant to the people who have written it for thousands of years. Then you carry it with you into your day.
This is not a language app. There is no streak. No score. No homework. There is one character, and the invitation to pause long enough to meet it.
Built by Drew at SillyDroose. A small quiet thing, made with care.
Free forever. A gentle Gratitude Jar is available if the app has meant something to you, and a portion of every gift goes to the Endangered Alphabets Project, a nonprofit that carves scripts the world is about to forget into wood so the letters stay in the world a little longer.
