Please stop my iPhone from recording exercise every time I use this timer!!!!

When I use this timer, my iPhone records it as if I’ve been exercising. Even though I use this timer while reading, studying, or meditating, it’s being recorded as exercise, and my daily exercise calories exceed 1000 calories in the Health app. I have disabled everything related to Apple Health within the Seconds app, and I have also disabled the Seconds app from using data in the Health app. However, this problem still persists. How can I resolve this? Does it still record as exercise if I set the activity to ‘Other’ or ‘Mind and Body’? But when I leave the activity as ‘No Set,’ the timer doesn’t work at all on the Apple Watch. What should I do?
