I’m a user with paid subscription and the level of performance I’m experiencing through this app is underwhelming. Sometimes I cannot create a folder because even when I press the ‘create folder’ button, it doesn’t respond. Sometimes when I want to view the graphics of my slides that I uploaded, it doesn’t show up until I restart the app completely. Sometimes when I upload materials the graphics where buttons that tells you how well summarized or what type of study materials that I want to have shows up crashed. I’m constantly anxious what type of error will show up next and worried if it will even be fixed. These types of error make me doubt if I’ve just wasted my money.
