SyncBrief turns meeting audio into a brief you can act on: a searchable transcript and a structured summary with a timeline, decisions and action items. It runs on your own AI provider key, or entirely on-device. No account, no servers of ours, nothing tracked.

YOUR KEYS, YOUR CHOICE OF AI
Transcribe with OpenAI, Deepgram, AssemblyAI, Apple's on-device speech, or Whisper running locally on your device. Summarize with Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI, or Apple's on-device model. Keys are stored in the iOS Keychain, never in the library and never in an export, and traffic goes only to the provider you picked.
FULLY OFFLINE IS A REAL OPTION
Choose Whisper or Apple for transcription and Apple's on-device model for summarising, and a meeting is processed from start to finish with no network at all. Nothing leaves the device. (Whisper downloads its model once, the first time you select it.)

The iPhone subscription removes the free tier's allowance of 10 transcriptions per month on iPhone and Apple Watch. To reach the paywall: open Settings, then SyncBrief Pro.
