The aim of this app is to help you to restore your body after injury and rebuild your muscle strength and balance. Our aim is to help you to move better in your body and to feel stronger and more aligned. Our goal is to help you to reform your body.
Physiotherapy Exercises:
The app contains all of our Physiotherapy rehabilitation exercises to help you on your road to recovery. This content is all included in the app download.
Pilates Classes:
The app contains workouts for chair Pilates, mat Pilates and rehabilitation workouts. We have some 8 day challenges as well to help your body to rebuild strength. This content is included in the paid part of the app.
Reformer Flow:
This part of the app has all of our latest and best reformer flow and moves. This is perfect if you have a home reformer or you are studying reformer Pilates to help you to upskill.
