Train With SJ is a personal coaching platform owned by Sam, a coach with over 10 years experience helping women achieve their strength, confidence & body composition goals. Using this mobile app, clients of all experience & abilities receive tailored fitness programming, personalised nutritional goals, weekly check-in’s with their coach and track their progress all on one platform. With a library of exercise demo videos, a vault of recipes and options to book meal planning sessions, clients are provided with the tools they need to smash their goals and remain accountable. Everything is custom made for each client with their private mobile dashboard displaying their personal data and storing their successes. Logging exercise sessions and progressing is made easy with the app showing you last weeks weights achieved, allowing you to constantly improve without having to log in a book. Meals are tracked via the app, with a barcode scanner option available.
