We are a startup business called trust dish based in west cork, Ireland. We have developed a
complete allergen solution for the hospitality and food industry.
Our Allergen System ALWAYS HAS you allergen compliant and inspection ready. It connects the
kitchen directly to THE CUSTOMER with the allergen. it speeds YOUR service up, improves
communication and takes the STRESS AWAY for both owners & staff.
WE achieve this by a user friendly, Simple, scan and communication method all done thru the trust
dish app. This Gives owners peace of mind and chefs total control over allergens on menus and last-
minute decisions.
