* Stay motivated and be part of a world-wide community of people spreading positive energy around the world.
* Timed meditations. Specify the time interval before the starting bell rings and the duration of your meditation. The Tibetan bell will also ring at the end of your meditation to signal completion.
* If you do group meditations, you can enter a name for the group. If other meditators are part of the same meditation group, you can filter the display of meditators on the globe by group name. So you can see the city and country where other members of the group are meditating. This helps in fostering a sense of group cohesion around the world.
* Mindfulness alerts. Specify the number of mindfulness alerts to trigger and the start and end time window. When the alert is triggered, perform any action or mindfulness awareness practice you wish to be reminded of. For example, how are you feeling and what are you thinking at the time when the alert is triggered. This is a great way to train oneself to be mindful of their thoughts and feelings. Because the first step in learning to control the mind is to know thyself.
* Displays the general geographic location (within 3km), on a rotating globe, of other users of the app so you know you are part of a community of like minded meditators around the globe. When you meditate the general location of your meditation (within 3km) is shown on a globe view for one week, showing where your spiritual energy is helping to light up the world. It is a great way to promote peace, happiness and goodwill to all mankind.
* Free for life with one Tibetan bell. Upgrade to Pro and get many additional bells. Pro users can select which Tibetan bell to use.
* Select audio from your own playlists to play in between the start and ending Tibetan bells. This can be guided meditations or any other meditation audio that you've added to your music library and have added to a playlist. Available to Pro users only.
