The Universal Practice App houses unique technology, making it specifically personalised to each persons needs, goals and ambitions. The App delivers physiotherapy-led classes and programs that are specifically relevant to each individual – all backed by science to ensure results, satisfaction and meaningful change. In addition to this, there is the added functionality of being able to chat with a physiotherapist at any time – ask questions, get answers and stay on track
Receive physiotherapy-led daily Pilates, Strength and Mobility workouts to address injury prevention, stability, strength, endurance and power. Options for six week Clinical Programs for physical pursuits such as running and golf, to address performance, decrease injury and improve function. Options for Body Programs that specifically address capacity and rehabilitation in a targeted science-based rehabilitation series.
Log your physiology, sleep, mood and pain scores – to create a health diary personally relevant to you.
Get access to 100’s of physiotherapy written blogs, delivering you information and inspiration allowing you to learn, grow and develop your health awareness.
