제발 여러분 돈 좀 더 주고 좋은 항공사 이용하세요. 저는 이놈의 항공사덕분에 베트남에 대한 이미지도 완전 안좋아졌습니다. 며칠동안 환불로 인해 전전긍긍하다가 이렇게 리뷰를 남깁니다.
비앳젯항공사의 수준은 정말 최악입니다.
결제오류와 앱꺼짐 현상
각설하고 베트남어나 영어로 설정하시고 진행하세요. 제 경우 한글로 설정하면 수화물등 클릭시 바로 튕겨졌습니다. 혹시나해서 영어로 설정하니 한번에 결제부터 출금까지 진행되었습니다. Pc 모바일 상담원 이메일 다 시도해보았으나 욕하면서도 어플이 제일 편합니다. 영어로 설정하시면 튕김현상없습니다. 회원 가입도 필요 없으니 한번쓰고 지워버리시면 되요.
최저가 사려다가 수명 줄어드는 중
수하물 선택만하면 앱이 꺼져서 수십번 인내하며 같은 과정 반복해봤지만 절대 구매할 수가 없네요.
