비즈니스로 업그레이드도 못하고
일부러 안되도록 한것 같은 오해를 불러일으킵니다. 설마 아니겠죠?
Pointless app, can’t see bookings
I can’t see my bookings under my id. I have to enter the reservation number, name and other information. That should already be in the app. I don’t see the point of this app.
예매 내역이 확인이 안되고 있어요
예매 내역 확인하려 어플 실행했더니 새로운 어플 깔라고 나오네요. 그런데 새로받은 어플에선 이전 어플에서 예매한 내역이 확인이 안됩니다.
인앱은 미래 내역이 없다고 나오고 lotus 계정은 계속 오류나요. 예매번호로 조회하는건 불편합니다.
