Voltline is a premium tower defense game wrapped in a cyberpunk-synthwave aesthetic. No ads. No energy timers. No pay-to-win. Just you, the grid, and escalating waves of enemies. Play offline anywhere — no internet required.
**30 CAMPAIGN LEVELS × 3 DIFFICULTIES**
Battle through 30 handcrafted levels across 3 acts. Play on Normal, Hard, or Insane — each difficulty scales enemy HP, speed, and your starting economy. Earn up to 3 stars per level and accumulate Voltage to unlock new towers, modes, and color schemes. Every level is hand-designed with unique grid layouts, enemy compositions, and strategic chokepoints.
**EPIC BOSS ENCOUNTERS**
Face powerful boss enemies on late-game levels. Bosses have massive HP pools, unique attack patterns, and demand creative tower placement to defeat. Time your upgrades and synergies carefully — one wrong move and the grid falls.
**ROGUELITE MODE**
Start each run with EMP and one random tower. Draft new towers every 3 waves from a curated selection of three choices — pick the tower that fits your evolving strategy. Every 5 waves the map rotates and a new modifier shakes up your approach. Modifiers range from speed boosts to economy penalties, ensuring no two runs play the same. How far can you push before the grid falls? Compete on Game Center leaderboards for the highest wave count.
**TOWER SYNERGIES**
Six tower types — Laser, EMP, Firewall, Tracer, Grid, Pulse — each with 3 upgrade tiers and branching specializations. Place towers strategically to trigger synergy effects: Cryo-Burn slows and damages, Ionized Grid chains lightning across the path, Suppression Field locks enemies in place. Mastering tower combinations is the key to three-starring later levels and climbing leaderboards.
**DYNAMIC SYNTHWAVE SOUNDTRACK**
Procedurally generated music layers that react to gameplay in real time. Ambient pads on the menu. Driving bass during combat. Intensifying rhythms in crisis moments. Triumphant phrases on boss kills. Every session sounds different — the soundtrack adapts to your strategy and the intensity of the battle.
**FULLY ACCESSIBLE**
Colorblind mode adds distinct geometric symbols to every tower type and pattern fills to HP bars. Reduced Motion simplifies animations and disables screen shake. A contextual hint system provides progressive guidance without spoiling strategy. Every player can enjoy the full experience regardless of ability.
**SURVIVAL & WEEKLY CHALLENGES**
Endless survival mode tests your endurance against infinite escalating waves. Weekly challenges set a fixed level, difficulty, and modifier — compete for the best score on rotating challenges. Fresh challenges every week keep the competition alive.
