Weldpoly is a welding parameters calculator for polyethylene pipe butt fusion. Designed for operators of Weldpoly butt fusion machines, the app provides accurate welding parameters based on the selected machine and pipe size, calculated according to international welding standards.

• Machine selection — full Weldpoly machine catalog (WP250 LF/HF, WP315 LF/HF, WP355 HF, WP450 LF, WP630 LF, WP800 LF, WP1000 LF, WP1200 LF, WP2000 LF, WP2500 LF)
• Pipe size selection by SDR and OD
• WeldAssist guided workflow — step-by-step instructions for the entire welding process
• Parameter Calculator — instant overview of all welding parameters
• Industry standards — ISO 21307:2017 (SP Low Fusion and SP High Fusion) and DVS 2207-1
• Welding parameters: heater plate temperature, bead-up pressure, minimum bead size, heat soak time, cooling time, fusion jointing pressure
• Built-in timer with audio alarm for cooling phase
• Photo capture for weld documentation
• Maintain pressure tracking with countdown timer
