I have been shopping on Namshi for 3 years now. I’ve watched it grow! And now I’m so proud of it and proud of recommending this app to literally EVERYONE I know. It is a life savior! I’m buying things for my wedding, whenever I can’t seem to find whatever I’m looking for, I immediately turn to Namshi and it has never let me down ❤️ All the love and respect to Namshi staff, warehouse & fleet officers, mobile developers, customer support & all the departments.

If an item is not available please confirm it and mention it on the item itself. I placed an order for a few Tommy Hilfiger shirts and before I added it to my basket it said “only a few left” it did not say the items itself is completely unavailable and on the same day that I added it to my basket I ordered it. I ordered it on the 12th of July. I contacted a few workers, asking them about how long will my order arrival take and they said that it takes up to 5-7 business days. Around 14 days later, they emailed me about the delays and I had also contacted them multiple times about whether my order would still come or not and they just canceled my order. It’s so unfair to keep a customer waiting for days if the items were not available from the beginning.
