Unsuccessful delivery attempts!!
Nowadays it’s noticed that we get notifications like “attempted delivery but failed” or “delivery unsuccessful”, whereas there were no calls or notifications at all for having tried to deliver. It seems a trick by the delivery boys to avoid delivery on time. They may want to deliver at their own convenience, without trying, it looks like. What’s the solution if it’s so?
A lot of technical issues in the application
For the payment, what ever you tried, will not accept to pay online and you will not understand why !!!! The same behavior of Shop & Shop App
Worst company in Kuwait I promise
Very bad experience ,very bad support system ,very bad employee don’t know why the shipment is delayed or how long the shipment will be delivered or ready to collect and on top of that the give false information to the shipper( that shipment is ready to be collected and I'm the one who didn’t get the shipment) but it wasn’t ready at all after 15 days of waiting to get a shipment from Dubai to Kuwait it should take in maximum 5 days I wish I could give less than a star because it is too much for bad company like this one 😂
