I've been asked to re-login on the application a number of times and OTP takes time to be received. I end up losing points I couldve scanned. It then asked me to update the application and when I did, guess what? It asked me again to re-login and the disappointing part is that I'm back to zero points. I've lost all accumulated points and cant figure out a way to get it back. It just feels like a waste of time to even have this application on my phone. It's better to just get your drink and go rather than to eagerly collect points because in the end the app will just revert your points back to zero anyway.

The loyalty program is great, but the app has a big annoying issue ...Many times I open the app, and it asks me to authenticate my mobile number with sms, even though I didn’t remove the app nor change the phone ... that’s super annoying and time consuming .. I hope you fix this bug

The weekly offers are ALWAYS not working.. “bad connection” , “not in our system” , “close the app and open it again” are always the excuses given when the weekly offers wouldn’t work. And the free Eid drinks? They always tell us there’s a connection issue. Then why put the offers up in the first place??
