Unfortunately, my experience was far from speedy.### Customer Service WoesFirst and foremost, the customer service was a significant letdown. When I tried to reach out to them regarding a late delivery, I was met with long hold times and unhelpful representatives. Each time I called, I felt like I was speaking to someone who had no idea about my issues. They often provided vague answers and seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like I was just another number in their system.### Slow Delivery TimesAs for the delivery itself, it was exceptionally slow. What was promised to be a next-day delivery turned into a week-long wait. I understand that delays can happen, but there was zero communication from the company about the status of my order. I had to repeatedly check their website and wait for updates that never came.### Overall ImpressionIn conclusion, Speedy Delivery Service fails to deliver on both speed and customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable delivery option, I would recommend exploring other companies that prioritize both efficient service and customer satisfaction. My experience was disappointing, and I won’t be using their services again.

Don’t falsely advertise something if you are not up to it. You mislead PAYING customers and when you don’t want to deliver on your promise, you accuse them of fraudulent activity?I suggest someone look over the terminology!!! My order yesterday was two hours late- a READY MADE SALAD FROM A 10 MIN AWAY RESTAURANT. With the tracker conveniently showing ‘updated arrival” every half an hour. Your lack of transparency and false advertising and the wording of the email below is absolutely unacceptable and I will be boycotting your services and convincing every single person I know. I am shocked beyond belief that a large establishment such as your selves would dare send something as degrading as the below! Please review the accounts and the hundreds of KDs they have spent on your app before resorting to such claims! We don’t ask for credit. YOU ARE SPENDING THOUSANDS ADVERTISING IT ALL OVER KUWAIT AND WHEN WE WANT TO REDEEM THIS … YOU CALL US FRAUDS! FUNNY.
Great app but one issue

This is a great app the best in the market, i use it all the time if i want to order food from my phone, but theres one problem that i don’t like very much, its when i finish ordering and it shows the time it arrives, it shows in 24 hour time which I'm not used to to be honest, so please add a option to make it based on 12 hour time, it would be very great if y’all did it ❤️, anyways its a great app and i recommend it especially when it comes to cash payment it always supports that a lot of apps doesn’t have that for now.
