Before the update the app was excellent. But unfortunately after the new update applied it became miserable. (1) Very difficult to use and it take so longer time to place an order, where it took me to search fir the coffee shops I buy from them in any other apps. (2) My saved payment method (credit card) expired and I spent more than two weeks trying to find where I can update my payment method inside the app. At the end I called the call center and what shocked me they applied a request (manually) to delete my saved card. (3) Moreover, the call center employee asked me not to close the phone after they finished to evaluate the call center service. I waited for about one minute then the line closed by it self!! (No evaluation). I truly laughed loudly after this happened. Please just cancel the latest update and return the app to the previous version where I used to top up credits frequently due to the level of trust I used to had. Don’t wait till your sales drops.

I have had this app now for almost 2 months and I’m still wondering why I haven’t been able to receive the SMS to Register and sign up. It’s very frustrating to have the app but can’t log on to it. The developers need to check on this. Will try again a few times if not will just dump it off my phone!! #disappointed

This app is great! You can try new coffee shops and get rewarded with discounts free food and free drinks! It also allows you to skip the long lines of ordering which is perfect. The only problem is I cant put the delivery address since the confirm button in right under the search area and there is no way to press that button when i'm trying to add a new address. I hope the app team can fix this annoying problem then it will be perfect. For now i only use the pick up feature because i cant order delivery from there due to this malfunction

I had accumulated beans and reached a high tier on Caribou through the Cofe app. Then, out of nowhere, Cofe's deal with Caribou fell apart, and they yanked Caribou from their list, making my status and beans vanish into thin air. When I reached out, the team had the nerve to refuse compensation, claiming I didn’t have existing perks. How clueless can they be? The whole point of using their app is to benefit from consistent use, but they decided to rob us blind and abandon members halfway through their reward tiers. I'm deleting this app today. It's 2024, but their marketing team is stuck in 2005. This isn't just about the tiers and status anymore; it's about how downright illogical and selfish this company is. They've shown total disregard for their customers, who are the very reason they exist.
