sup whatsapp team! i js wanted to say ur app is such an amazing way of communication and u should def keep up the good work! however there were sm issues w/ security. like for instance u should ban links from unknown numbers. also for privacy i think u should only encrypt the number where u text urself, not encrypt every chat. this is bc it lets the bad users cyber bully, send inappropriate content or lots more. i think that’s it and also btw for the status i think for the music u should also add the option to only show the lyrics jst like instagram!!! this is gonna SLAY whatsapp soo bad that ppl will start using it more often. also add the option where u can mention on status publicly (like 2 options either private or public) and uhh yeah add the option where u put the date of when smth will happen js like insta. TYY SO MUCH and i hope u do take it in mind and do the update!!!
Whatsapp crash issue - iPhone 12 Pro Max

Whatsapp has strated crashing on iPhone 12 Pro max. I get window of only 4 seconds once I open whatsapp. This has never happened before , I have recently iPhone 12 Pro Max my last phone was iPhone X and I haven’t faced such issue earlier. This is the second time I’m facing this issue in this week . I’m not sure if it’s a device compatibility issue or version update issue. Please fix it ASAP.Now I can only reply to text through the WhatsApp notification I receive on my Home Screen / Notification Center.

These methods are commonly used in social engineering attacks and may ultimately lead to account compromise or hacking.In addition, Kuwait’s Public Authority for Communications and Information Technology (CITRA) has previously stated that it is technically possible to identify user activities, including what individuals write or do, due to weaknesses in WhatsApp’s security framework. Account hacking is relatively easy, and numerous tools and programs exist that can be used to compromise WhatsApp accounts.Therefore, there is a critical need for WhatsApp to significantly enhance its security and protection mechanisms. Such improvements should be implemented automatically at the system level, without requiring users to manually modify privacy or security settings. Moreover, stronger cooperation with Apple is highly recommended to fully reinforce encryption and application-level security, making it extremely difficult for any attacker to access a device or account—whether through malicious links, images, videos, group invitations, or any other attack method—steal data without the user’s knowledge, or enter and exit the system without detection.
