I advise all customers not to use the credit card in payment and save it on the Uber application because of their lack of credibility. Please use cash payment in dealing always. I have a deduction process from my account through the application for more than three months, knowing that it was paid at the same time, but they deducted it again because of the presence of my credit card because it is saved in the application. When communicating with customer service, they did not care about the matter, and they did not contact me.

Very good service. But two more points if improved will be good enhancements. 1- the colour of the car should appear with the car type and numbers upon confirmation. 2- If the client could pay more than the trip value and the change could be reserved as credit, that would be very good.

Scammer bad service never again I ordered an upper to take me to my train which I booked previously and they were late when I called the driver he claimed that he went to the other hotel with the same name and then he told me to wait for him and we had to wait 30 minutes without him calling or showing up and when I called him to ask where is he he told me that Uber has canceled his trip and they charge me 8 pounds for nothing so basically they scam people nowadays by not showing up and then take a charge fee from them claiming it’s the customer’s mistake seriously take a normal taxi better million times than fake Uber

The overall Uber service in Qatar is good — rides are usually on time, the app works well, and the cars are clean and comfortable. However, I had a disappointing experience with their Lost & Found process.I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car and immediately reported it through the app. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I’ve received no response from the driver or Uber support. It’s frustrating to see a lack of honesty and accountability in this situation.I hope Uber Qatar improves their system and follows up better when it comes to lost items. Trust and honesty should be as important as punctuality and service.
