One of our favourite apps for learning another language, the process is genuinely fun. What’s more, all those languages and games are available for free!
Perfect, but there’s a small problem.

I really like doulingo, it’s really helpful and it helped me so much with learning English, it’s literally perfection, I have to learn since jan 2021, and it’s always the same problem that REALLY annoys me, the problem is that doulingo just give too much attention to the word ‘ the ‘, I used to always get my answers right but a lot of times my answers are wrong just because I forget or add the word ‘ the ‘, and everyone know that ‘the’ doesn’t make THAT change to the actual meaning for the sentence, and people just doesn’t focus in it ! All love and respect to doulingo for their beautiful learning way, for their efforts, for everything they do to learn the whole world something new, but please fix this annoying problem , it’s literally make me feel crazy somehow.. thank you.

This app is the best, free and no paying, except the pro version, I wanted to learn how to speak French, after a couple of Months, I knew everything, I am currently learning Spanish now, the best, I highly recommend this app.The only thing that I personally hate is with the limited hearts in the free version, I use the free version, and the amount of time to get one, more than 4 hours! But it still has the practice to get one, I personally, I at least want the time less, but still the best, it even has reading books with the language you have chosenAlthough some stuff like the improvement training need the pro version, it is still cool and helpful. For anyone out there trying to learn a language, but thinks it is impossible, or hard, I highly recommend Duo-lingo.And thank you for helping me reach my goal, all free, no payment, easy, fast and by far, the best learning app ever.

I’ve been using Duolingo, for almost 10 years, I have finished 2 courses (Turkish and Arabic), kept a 3 years of Streak and I’m trying to finish my Spanish and French courses as well. I joined their team online to rate my view as someone who completed 2 courses for their research team and let me tell you it was an amazing experience. I really appreciate Duolingo for making this lovely application for language learners, it’s super fun and easy, and while some sentences are so repetitive but I think they work well to sit in your mind. Thank you, Duo

Our mascot owl, Duo, is trading in his usual diet of mice for bugs this week. Yup, we’re squashing those pesky bugs to make the experience better for all of you. For more Duolingo news, contests and product releases, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @duolingo.
