They want me to pay extra 800fils because the driver was slow and went through the long and crowded roads to get stuck in traffic so he can get extra money. The driver asked me to pay the extra money in cash!The estimated time for my trip with the traffic was less than 27min. so they put me 30min trip for 3.640KD. The bill in the app appears 30min. trip and put extra 800fils for extra time which is not mentioned for how many minutes.They don't have hot line to call but only an online chat and after explaining the issue they sides with the driver and told me you have to pay him and I didn't until he left. This is an unprofessional app and maybe they attempted to fraud me but I didn't pay any extra money.

The driver closed the ride without asking for the extra amount and whole day passed then started unprofessionally texting via WhatsApp sending voices and texts telling me i have to pay him the extra few fills and in the application there is no way to pay the extra few fills so i had to send wamth extra 1kd to him just to get them off my back and their irresponsibly
